Renault unveiled its latest model, Laguna Coupe, at the Cannes Film Festival happening this weekend on the shores of the Mediterranean. The Laguna Coupe unveiling was accompanied by the introduction of the two new V6 engines. The gas powered 3.5 Litre V6 engine offers 240 HP (175 kW) whereas the 3.0 litre diesel engine generates 235 HP. The front wheel drive Laguna Coupe features the Active Drive Chasis with the four-wheel steering which may provide some interesting chasis dynamics.

French company issued a preliminary images of the newest model Renault Megane 3, who is expected to debut at 2008 Paris Motor Show

Future Megane get enough sports appearance in the same style with a new Laguna. Some features of the concept car will have Renault Megane Concept. 2009 Renault Megane plan to produce three-and five bodies, and its competitors will become Ford Focus and Volkswagen Golf.

Do you remember the nice Renault Coupe that was full of tape and textiles to cover it from our eyes? What would you say if I tell you I have the newest Renault Laguna Sedan spy pics? It’s looking great, but my honest opinion is that those tail lights are a bit odd. Don’t you think? Another thing I enjoy very much is the large panoramic back window and the “spoiler” in the back.

We’ll see the 2009 Renault Laguna Sedan in September during the Paris Motor Show and the good news is that most of the engines we know will be used: 1.6l and 2.0l petrol engines, a turbocharged 2.0l with 110 hp (really?), 140hp or 170hp while the diesel engines include a 1.5l going up to 110hp and

some 2.0l getting from 130hp to 175hp.
